Nothing to like about. They illegally made me sign on Bond Agreement for 2 yearsand asked me to pay 2 Lacs when I wanted to switch my job.

Everything. No work life balance and false promises by the leadership to sustain workforce.

... a cheque of 2.5 lakhs for the bond of 2.5 yrs which they say the bond is 2 yrs. They will increase the salary from 22k to 24k after the training period and after 2 years you will be paid only 26k/month which is less than low for survival. They will not even train you during the training period. Work hours are 10 am-6 pm but they will change your shift every week as per the client, they can take work up to 13-14 hours a day and will not pay even. Don't join the company if you get placed in college because definitely this company will spoil your years and you get nothing. The office environment is worst as there are a lot of fights that take place inside the company and they will threaten to beat employees outside and no one including your TL and manager will support you. Regular fights I have seen after and during office hours.

They do not give respect to the employee's, all the laborers are harassed and promoted, the manager of the hub does not know about the other branch, But all this is happening in the Kandlakoya branch of Hyderabad and the manager of the hub works as per his wish, so there is no point in doing a job where there is no respect.

1) There's a lot of politics. 2) No work life balance 3) Salary and hike worst 4) 2.6 years of bond and during bond period they give you penny of increment 5) For any technology they don't have any license poor company. As per them we should use trial version

... my skills. The company had highly qualified and experienced professional staff. They give salary in time and bonus on Durga Puja Festival.

Dislikes

The communication between the staffs wasn't good that directly effect on the project or works. If I applying leave it too much time.
