Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Working culture and environment is very bad , Behaviour of the Directors towards the employees are very bad , salary structure in very poor and there is no stability of job . As this is family business so it very hard for the outsiders to enhance their career
