Working culture and environment is very bad , Behaviour of the Directors towards the employees are very bad , salary structure in very poor and there is no stability of job . As this is family business so it very hard for the outsiders to enhance their career

Nothing dislike if u perform bad they will give you other opportunities Only salary as per market is low and incentive .75% is very low Otherwise manager, hr all are very helpfull Specially area manager for me idol.
