Everything. Extremely poor politics and dictatorship, the founder doesn’t care about who you are and what you deliver, as just busy in investing in IPL and Shark tank! HR is a puppet and fiery in terms of sacking people, ops driven company and big words but no action!

The pay is good compared to other companies for the same level.

Dislikes

The company is complete unorganized and unstructured. Its a complete mess. They don't have a proper SOP and set of guidelines to work. No proper support or response from the management level.

Dislikes

...ine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.
