Pathetic work environment, immature vps working in same orgzn from 2 decades don't know how to manage a team, no employee recognition programs, all bootlickers are promoted, no process streamlined, senior mgmt professionals are forced to resign if they don't have product development knowledge and are forced to do development activities, once a month office internet is down, employees work as per customer demands even though it's a product based company, efforts estimation are not considered and project schedule is as per customer demands and you cannot go against customer as they're giving you more projects, customer is desi and speaks hindi in abusive language most of the times, no professionalism maintained in office as well, production deployment next day employees don't get leaves and are forced to come in office even you're awake till 05am working, no product knowledge available, you've to beg literally to the most critical knowledgeable person to give him the answer which he enjoys it, no parking available, everybody watches cricket matches in office during ipl and other matches, no diwali bonus or any diwali gifts, IT dept is never reachable, if you want to get pissed off in your career then only think of joining this so called software company, one of the senior founder member Ravish makes jokes of your name or your family members in front of everybody and everybody laughs on it which is very insulting, pure non professional desi company dominated by very few oldies who doesn't know how to behave with any employees.bootlickers are promoted always

...s supporting well in terms of job security and finance in Covid19 situation. No salary deduction or firing till date ,only appraisal are on hold for this financial year.

Dislikes

1. No policy or process for any work 2. Management support is almost negligible 3. No learning initiative/ certification from organization 4. They believe in every one should do everything 5. Work life balance is a dream because every task is on priority and urgent 6. Can give good hike to new joiners but for existing hike is average 7. After a certain experience no career growth ,you will feel stuck 8. Internal politics is there ,top management fake everything before CEO , even HR do the same.

The Company do cares about it employees, the benefits and compensation are competitive as compared to market.

Scope of growth is to limited technology. Delivery Group Higher management is terrible. However product side opportunity are good enough

1. Hybrid policy was cancelled because of handful of employees who took advantage and everyone was punished without enough flexibility. Despite this some managers are allowing their people flexibility while others are running a certain dictatorship. People in the top management will continue to wfh however will not allow their team members wfh easily. 2. Poor leadership skills in people in supervisory role. 3. Appraisals and bonuses are disappointing since last year

If you show some talent, they will put a lot of work on you, that way you will learn more but in some departments like Cloud you will be told to learn new things but they will not give you opportunity to actually perform. It seems dynamic but it is stagnant. There is very much confusion within teams about the work and the top level people creates chaos and play with talent just in the name of good appraisal and variable which ultimately will be average through the organisation.Leadership also does favourism at its peak. Top guys will be taking WFH and at the same time they will preach for daily in office presence at 9 am for others.

Dislikes

... show the work and show dinamisity just to justify their compensation every day. So many employees who have spent long term are pro in buttering for the variable pay and penny bonus. Every weekend one or other team would be working on weekends(managers and leadership promotes weekend working).
