There are resource crunches sometimes in the middle of the project that PM will have to manage somehow. 5 days working from office. Hybrid work culture can be adopted.

Dislikes

The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.

1. Hybrid policy was cancelled because of handful of employees who took advantage and everyone was punished without enough flexibility. Despite this some managers are allowing their people flexibility while others are running a certain dictatorship. People in the top management will continue to wfh however will not allow their team members wfh easily. 2. Poor leadership skills in people in supervisory role. 3. Appraisals and bonuses are disappointing since last year

Pathetic work environment, immature vps working in same orgzn from 2 decades don't know how to manage a team, no employee recognition programs, all bootlickers are promoted, no process streamlined, senior mgmt professionals are forced to resign if they don't have product development knowledge and are forced to do development activities, once a month office internet is down, employees work as per customer demands even though it's a product based company, efforts estimation are not considered and project schedule is as per customer demands and you cannot go against customer as they're giving you more projects, customer is desi and speaks hindi in abusive language most of the times, no professionalism maintained in office as well, production deployment next day employees don't get leaves and are forced to come in office even you're awake till 05am working, no product knowledge available, you've to beg literally to the most critical knowledgeable person to give him the answer which he enjoys it, no parking available, everybody watches cricket matches in office during ipl and other matches, no diwali bonus or any diwali gifts, IT dept is never reachable, if you want to get pissed off in your career then only think of joining this so called software company, one of the senior founder member Ravish makes jokes of your name or your family members in front of everybody and everybody laughs on it which is very insulting, pure non professional desi company dominated by very few oldies who doesn't know how to behave with any employees.bootlickers are promoted always
