They show big picture, Big Vision, Big Company, Big Office, Multinational Company

Dislikes

This company operations are illegal, doesn’t pay Taxes neither to employees nor GSTs officially. All they try is to manipulate people, bribe people with backdoor opportunities. Many complaints filed on the company and offices are seized

There is nothing which can be liked at this company, not co-operative with employees,money minded CEO/Management.

Dislikes

Full of false commitments while joining, no salary until follow up, salary statement/form-16 will not be given to employees. Company is even cheating govt, deducting tax from employees but not paying to govt.

Best place to learn, grow & develop. The environment is the best thing i have ever seen. Enjoyed working there and if will get chance would definitely like to go there again.

Work place is awesome & colleague are friendly. Management are well cooperative to learn new technologies and boosting up technologies. No hardest part of job all the working days are perfect.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
