The company provides proper training & it's one of the best places for anyone starting their career. The upper management is very approachable & listen to what you have to say. Your feedback and is taken into consideration. The flat hierarchy of management makes it very easy to speak to anyone you wish. The company provides WFH option if you need it for some time. Overall it is a good place if you're a fresher but for people a bit more experienced not so much.

The work pressure can be very high at times. You might need to stay late to finish your work. Your work life balance can get hampered.
