From the first day onwards i had received a very good support and guidance from all of my teammates and seniors. The way of their ommunication and training levels are good. We can receive for what we are doing. And the tasks assigned to us are based on our skills only. Since it was an outsourcing job we don't have any right to take decisions but out officers invited our suggestions and opinions and tried to elevate us whenever it was possible. Such an encouraging environment i had enjoyed there. Not only my department, everyone of every department taught me the rules and regulations of the university and explained the procedures in detail based on the situation.

Dislikes

Since I was an outsourcing employee, I have no salary hike or position change but only appraisals. Since it is headquarters for all 13 districts of A.P. i faced odd working times.

Likes

PHTC receives good projects from ICAR. Scientists are highly knowledgeable and very supportive. It was setup at a very peaceful environment. Although hikes are very less, I received great appreciation and work satisfaction.

Iam worked research associate crop production at KVK Undi. KVK main activities training program and paddy seed production excellent working experience with senior scientist and RARS Maruteru scientist.
