From the first day onwards i had received a very good support and guidance from all of my teammates and seniors. The way of their ommunication and training levels are good. We can receive for what we are doing. And the tasks assigned to us are based on our skills only. Since it was an outsourcing job we don't have any right to take d ecisions but out officers invited our suggestions and opinions and tried to elevate us whenever it was possible. Such an encouraging environment i had enjoyed there. Since I was an outsourcing employee, I have no salary hike or position change but only appraisals. Since it is headquarters for all 13 districts of A.P. i faced odd working times.

Sometimes, the job is interesting at day times because the entire office is busy in with work loads and boring at night times as we left with a little piece of work and hours of time.
