Mmt has to form Proper Channel to address the field issues or principal employee to understand the customer urgency and pain points . Very Supportive Team at branch level and CO level. Timely Salary credit. Location is also good.

Branch level management is lazy. Not taking any initiative for the development of employees in terms of skill and learning.

Week-off not planed.incentive and bonus calculation is poor and wrong. Electrical and mechanical work different so, knowledge not growth in other department.working hour more.more work load planed some people and some person corner.
