travelling allowance is low. Salary structuring not good as in hand salary not justify wrt overall package. Only Package looks very high whereas in hand is average. Policies keeps on changing with time , needs stability there. Sometimes they do 5 day week sometimes starts 6 days .

Company Culture work and pay disparity between people in the Bangalore office and people posted in other regions. To take leave you have to beg the manager. Saturdays are off for people in Bangalore but in other regions, it is not, even though people in other regions are working more hours.
