...s a house workers. Even if you work for 10 hours they will never appreciate you.They will make you learn unwanted stuffs so that you're not able to change the company and About the salary you don't even think ,you will be paid very less amount.

Good exposure of manufacturing for mechanical freshers

Professional Growth is less. Salary is less compared to competitors. CIP works are not given importance. Company needs to be more dynamic with design & manufacturing.

Having good safety environment for especially for girls and women good coordination with employees support more to learn good facilities

Contract based work for even graduates are same other also same salary ..

Not much work pressure, decent people around and will leave individuals free to take responsibility and pay is decent compared to machine tool industry standards

No good work culture and there is negetive vibe all around the organization since there is no work life balance, reward and recognition missing and company is run based on shop floor work force command and not good for executives , there is no week off on Saturday but people come and simply waste time in office

They will pay vary less, no support for fresher from manager, they will always tell about themselves and past, lot of changes in hr policies, hr policy is very fluidic, notice period is changed to 2 months. Bond agreement for freshers.
