So for that I had some bad experience related to salary rise and person growth and appreciation for work even after serving so many years.

First of all, the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and growth is not up to the mark. At sometime, politics are also there.

...agement is transprant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Teammates are supportive. Good work culture.

...ro appreciation of work. Partiality done during appraisal. Salaries not on time. Any time they declare salary cut. Taking undue advantage of lack of job opportunity in same field in Mumbai.
