Nothing, this is a shop not an organization. Terrible company. This type of company prove that now a days any illiterate and uneducated person can become director without knowing or having 1% knowledge of work.

Don't join this company it's a fraud company they don't even know how to manage work with employee also they are not stay in there commitment they told an xxxxxx amount of salary but gives different amount which is not acceptable. And also they are not providing offer letter before joining and giving irrelevant excuses., work culture is also not good
