I joined in as an intern/associate way back when the company just had a total staff of 6 people. I have recently left to pursue my higher studies, and I am glad that Accountables was my first employer. I learnt a lot here and would recommend everyone who wants to learn and grow to try and work here.

Dislikes

Dont expect a big corporate setup! Also, when I joined the company had its office in CP, however they later moved to South Delhi which added to my travel time. They offer cab facility from Saket metro in case anyone traveling from afar.

Since its a startup and small team there are lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Supportive and cheerful environment

The work can get challenging at times, and one may have to navigate through it on their own

It has a great comfy place to work. Amazing homely feeling. Good and young co founders.

Dislikes

Too much involvement may develop into awkward moments related to work for both. That homely feeling makes some thing awkward if it is just too much coming from someone.
