It's not a company, It's a shop managed by very selfish management. Never get salary on time. Got salary deducted even after leave approval. Almost 12 hours working time. Zero job security.

You will feel like it's okay to be unemployed than joining this Company, untill your financial condition is so bad that you can tolerate any kind of behavior.
