Work and life balance is not up to mark can be better , overtime and extra hours are not extensively considered , better compensations/bonuses should be considered

Flexible work culture, easily to connect with other colleagues.

Dislikes

No work life ballance sometime need to work late nights (till 2-3 morning) once in a month. Worst leave policy, worst CEO, company does not provide variable at the year end, bad appraisals.
