Nothing much, They give salary on time is the only thing an employee could feel happy about.

Almost everything, They have a hire and fire kind of policy. Their management ill plans almost everything. They hire people based on speculations and once their speculations don't come true, they lay off their employees. They even lay off even their new joiners. Its pure capitalism. They don't take a hit on their annual revenues and rather they prefer to lay off their employees to keep up with their numbers in the market when it gets tough for them. So please never join them.

Good team work, good in terms of learn and grow, easily reachable to anyone in the higher authority.

No compensation for the technical panel conducting interviews, average hike and no market correction if salary is low.

You will treat well till you deployed at client. Once you get released from client then you are noone .

...if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here
