Everybody is treated well here. The salary is good enough for beginners. Work-life balance is good enough (though it mostly depends on the client).

Some team members in various departments are getting benched because of fewer projects. Can work on this, more projects can be brought in because the company has a good potential and skilled engineers.

No salary hikes. Service based company, will place you in projects unrelated to your skills/expertise. No work-life balance, and they do not treat their employees well.

Awesome work culture, flexible work timings, nice people to work.

Average Compensation, 90 days notice period which they do not reduce at all, Not very good projects in terms of learning for a backend engineer.

You will treat well till you deployed at client. Once you get released from client then you are noone .

...if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here

From compensation and benefits point of view, no ESOPS or benefit that motivates you to strive hard.
