If you want to join a company which provide you career opportunity,best compensation in a decent work environment this is the place for you. Very healthy culture, managers and HR are really helpful and they care about employees.

They strictly follow hire and fire policy, once your project is over you are in high risk, there are plenty who have been fired the same way.

...ls are either delayed or skipped entirely, and increments are barely noticeable. Horrible management, toxic work culture, no appraisals, and insulting salary hikes. Employees are treated as machines, not humans. Save yourself the stress!

...tely no job security in this Organization and I strongly advise against joining. They initially offer a high salary to entice you, ensuring you don't reject the offer. This is because they dont want to lose client billing and business from their customers. The senior management and leadership team lack ethics and moral support and they are the main culprits, skilfully playing their cards. Intially they hire the people from the market, but after few months, they attempt to replace with existing employees who are on the bench. HR claims its a hybrid model, but once who joins the project, management insists on a full-time office presence. Infact, its better tell in advance about work from office, instead of giving false promises to the new joiners. Also there are no good projects to learn technically in this Organization.
