The project managers treat employees with disrespect and condescension. They frequently yell at team members for minor issues and show no appreciation for hard work. This company doesn't care about its employees' well-being at all.

There isn't much to elaborate on regarding what I like about this organization

Dislikes

...tely no job security in this Organization and I strongly advise against joining. They initially offer a high salary to entice you, ensuring you don't reject the offer. This is because they dont want to lose client billing and business from their customers. The senior management and leadership team lack ethics and moral support and they are the main culprits, skilfully playing their cards. Intially they hire the people from the market, but after few months, they attempt to replace with existing employees who are on the bench. HR claims its a hybrid model, but once who joins the project, management insists on a full-time office presence. Infact, its better tell in advance about work from office, instead of giving false promises to the new joiners. Also there are no good projects to learn technically in this Organization.

1. Cheap Diwali gift 2. Haven't witnessed it but have read if your project gets completed then your job security is at risk & you'll be pushed directly to notice period if they can't find any other project suitable for you.

Dislikes

Don't join this company if you want to be happy in your life. They just tricked me into joining the company & onboarded on a new project. The project is a total call centre that too off terrible work culture & the Us client is very bad.
