Good Salary at the time of joining, Flexibility in timing, Variety of Snakes alternate days,

Worst recognition policies. No Team outing since 5 yr! Team lunch once in a year only sometimes even not single team lunch. Not any type of game equipment in the office(TT/Fus ball etc). No benefit during corona work from home setup.

...eat you like school kids. They don't even give a farewell and just end your day. Very bad compensation. They would circulate mails to give gifts but without informing employees they will cancel it also. They would never appreciate or compensate for your work. They will not provide outings to employees, and without informing they will cancel.

If you want to join a company which provide you career opportunity,best compensation in a decent work environment this is the place for you. Very healthy culture, managers and HR are really helpful and they care about employees.
