... lockdown. Job is very secured unless you do something very much out of the box. Salary is always on time. No incentive. Both ways cab available though the boundaries is shrinked by alot of new joinees. Not alot of growth opportunities in Mumbai due to small population ( the offices in pune, coimbatore and chennai are nice as alot of people). Biggest problem is no canteen.

...supportive atmosphere, even your TL and manager will help you wherever required. There is no absolute discrepancy in salary and it's on time always.

To be honest, I had been there for more than 3 years and there is nothing i have ever hated apart from cafeteria issue because we had no cafe in umpire tower Airoli branch.

Some projects are really good and very few leaders support the employees

...s to compensate if we take any emergency leave too. No OT or quality incentives. They don't hire enough associates for the project and have fixed salary. Worst policies. Work pressure depends on the project and leader.

Pay wise leads are very friendly and learning about how Rcm works denials

Pay wise and facilities no tea snacks and including proper drinking water facilities and cab roadter now days lot of cost cutting

What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏
