Working Culture is very good. Very supportive team we are having. Management is also very good. Employee re-hire policy is there.

Dislikes

There is no compensation and Bonus here. Moreover sometimes work pressure will be more and need to extend your working hours straight upto 12 hours. There is no Parties or team outings atleast once in a month it has to be considered.
