Work life balance is bad. Can get stuck on a same technology as there can be less amount of time to upskill.

Depends on project .Feels partiality in project in terms of technology. Dev and AI people are dominant. QA work as both testing and support with huge manual work ,abstract details , less importance and are more easily replaced.

Job security Politics and salary issue whenever client is not paying to Accenture even for single or a month Accenture will not pay to you when you are contractor they forced you to work hard as compared to permanent employee and for salary they will never give single rupee when client is on holiday whether it's a Christmas holiday or anything

accenture fired me during covid19. I was laid of from accenture after 4 years of working without notice period although they did pay me severence money it was not good to be handed the pink slip rudely without any notice period

Accenture is a very good company for freshers specially as Annual package is good.Teammates and colleagues depending on projects it varies.for Innovation it's good organization to learn through mylearning trainings portal.Work Environment and job security is also good.

Dislikes

Hike depends on particular project's budget so sometimes people after working so hard don't get their expected salary. In some projects politics seen based on the people & their etiquettes,but not seen in every project.
