How much to expect
Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

I did not find much to say about growth and salary.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance after joining a project and do not expect or have expectation on salary hike or appraisals. You need to be very close to your superiors if you want promotions and other benefits.

Best service based company to work for. You just need to have the hot skill required, company will give good compensation. If not you got plenty of opportunities to upskill yourself. Senior management is so approachable

Dislikes

Laterals will get hike only if they promote if not doesn't matter how hard they work just stay in same salary because your a lateral Salary is not a secret element in accenture. Your manager can see ur salary and give recommend hike % accordingly.
