Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, l have to work 9 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client Ijp in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why l have to take back my suggestions most of the times. l do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. also,

Level 9 and above have the option to design their own Salary structure on the Fixed components. Good place to learn and up-skill your knowledge base.

Dislikes

No Appraisal for fiscal 22-23 and appraisal not yet started for this Fiscal year. Promotions are delayed. Lack of transparency from Management which is common cause of concern in the industry.

If you work for long then won't get decent hight. But you work for 3 years and go out for 2 to 3 years and come back then will get more salary comparing to people who working in the same company for long.

Every company does have politics here as well but apart from it an individual work is accurate and efficient no one can stop ur growth and get recognised by client definitely help ur career...
