...t was covid pandemic time otherwise would have left this company in one month. Salary is never on time it is always a delay by 15 days every month.

The employee who join as a third party is not having good salary, bonus, internet /light bill expenses and career growth. Need to minimize the third party payroll and increase Accenture payroll. It will help to enhance tenure of the employee. Minimize cost on training part.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
