Good Salary but night Shift makes Health Sick. My job was WFH even after that my health got sick I had to think alot to find Likes about job but found nothing.

Lot of politics and rude behaviour by Hilton Project Some employees who are wroking since past few years act as dictator Everyday Conflicts People Like Sanjay Patra,Ashish Pathak are worst. Bad enviorment of Hilton World wide project in Accenture Gurugram/Noida location. Dont join here. Over pressure and burden is there to ruin mental health

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

Dislikes

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

1. Work from home that is saving time and avoiding travelling 2. Flexible working hours

1. Very less hikes and promotions 2. No parties,celebration and team meet 3. Less variable pay 4. Nothing on festivals 5. Have to work after the working hours 6. Sometimes very high Work pressure
