I like only the company as my husband is in the same company but I am not at happy with the project i work.

The work life balance is zero here, there is no growth, the increament are less, salary is less, the promotions are slow.

Everything was good except salary for freshers. They can better increase salary for freshers so that they work effectively.

Nothing say. If say anything from our side nothing going to be change. Cause that is owned by company Ceo so, better they can think and change if they needed

Every company does have politics here as well but apart from it an individual work is accurate and efficient no one can stop ur growth and get recognised by client definitely help ur career...

... any project rampdown then Accenture new opportunities in different projects. Accenture is best for provide facility to our employees salary, transportation etc

Transport facility and Job Security is a plus point of Accenture. Also the internal transfer is also very smooth. You will get WFH but it's depends upon the department you are working. Management is really helpful for your career growth. Note ; If you get hired by Accenture and you want to resign after working for some months or years for whatever reason. Then start your own business or Do freelancing because Accenture is an best MNC you can work on. There is no point choosing another MNC over Accenture. Just a personal opinion

...Some process are not good enough to gain a skill you will learn nothing from it. After sometime it's feel like you are doing it just for salary. 4) Almost zero national holidays which is acceptable according the work you have.
