In Accenture we had a job security and work life balance is there. 13 years work experience in this organization I am not getting good package. I know very well about process knowledge so many hings I did for different projects for time savings and cost cutting like that. But there is no promotions and good yearly hike. Right now I decided to move some new organization whom utilize my knowledge in international BPO that kind leader I expect. Regards, Raghuraman.A

There is no proper promotions and salary they whom work with full efforts. Good organization only but Management level some miscommunication and misunderstood. So hardly I decided to move somewhere...so my suggestion to job seekers don't wait when you getting promotions try some where. Finally on conversation happened with my team mate he is 24years old boy he advised me brother you have lots of knowledge and ideas, so try somewhere companies will pick you as manager. 2 before I started to apply for jobs how grace my Thampi that's started now I getting interviews position as a manager. Now my hope will increased to 1000 times better comparing last two week. So don't waste and wait like me... Thank you Accenture our relationship will going to end very soon and thanks for supporting till date.. Another one good incident happening it's confirmed that really wanted to share that will inspire so many people I am sure. Thanks and regards ARR@Raghuraman.A

Overall good and I also like employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work more than 14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Good company , we get good bonuses and perks and salary hike is also good annually as compared to other company.

Dislikes

What I dislike is there is no Job security, if one wants to change process and learn new things. It's a bit struggle to get into diff deal. Ijp thing doesn't work accurately. some projects people are being randomly put in PIP and forced to resign or else they will handover termination with no experience letter . And now Redep thing is highly ongoing process if their attrition level is high, they purposely putting employees in redep and now Redep policy is if we get other process in 45 days then fine. If not then one has to say bye bye to Accenture with no reason. No work life balance , if one is not comfortable with night shiftsfor some strong reason , instances, she is in motherhood phase, or suffering any illness , then they put in redep n ask to leave process or no action is taken and at the end one has to leave Accenture .

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Policies are stringent and not flexible.
