Accenture is a good company..it provided me accomodation during lockdown for 2 months in lemon tree but the project in which I am enrolled is horrible

Dislikes

...t the task of others who are slow. They won't let to sit idle even for a minute. They make us work on holidays also and don't give bonus for that. Team leads are heartless. It's very depressing to work here.

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Dislikes

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.

- Flexible, Work from Home - Access to learning resources such Coursera, Udemy, etc - Work Culture

Dislikes

- No Salary Hike/Promotion even after being employee of the month several times. - Working Hours, you work for 15hours/day.

It's been more than 2 years, I'm working on same salary. Manager barely talks once a year that too just declare variable pay. No promotion as per experience. Provided very bad laptops. No activity from HR department for engagement.
