When I started my carrier in accenture it was the new project we started worked in.......The senior associate s became the team leads ......The work culture looks exactly like school .....Even after working hard we will not get any hikes .....It goes only for the favourable persons .....Iam telling you what happened in my project ...when it comes to the whole Accenture I feel it's good platform to learn through the learning programme if we have time to spend on it ...For learners it is good platform to grow yourself but people won't allow you to get identified.

...be correct.. Even if it wrong we should not ask them . No team outings at all...even if we go we have to pay for our food in my project In the last year where the penadamic situation started Accenture is only the company which has not given work from home till the Government serious final orders to IT industries

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad
