Structured processes. Work life balance depends on project / manager. Competitive package after completing from Level 11 onwards. Technology partner benefits. Good office facilities.

Dislikes

Lack of mentors. All HR driven mentorship programs are superficial. Appraisals follow bell curve approach even though HR claims otherwise. Different technology groups work in silos. Lots of mandatory trainings which are charged to client time even if does not directly relate to your work. Too many extracurricular activities driven by different groups the time for which is charged to the client.

Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

Dislikes

... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Good company to work but salary and variable pay are very bad they never pay the variable pay what they have deducted and promised

No salary growth and no work life balance, need to stay in front of the system for long hours to make productive, also variable is a big cheating here

...ld have left negative reviews but i can assure that would be like 1 in 10000. The only drawback i feel sometime is the Variable component in compensation. However that can be managed easily if you are performing well at your job.
