The processes are very good and have detailed process for each and every activity that we do.

Dislikes

Rewards and compensation for long term employees are not that great. Also to chose an engagement that one would like to work will not be awarded as it is purely leadership's call.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
