You will get know your threshold and will definitely improve your patience.

Dislikes

There is no hike past 2 years. I got to know their way of performance assessment lately. It’s highly insensitive and against my moral values. Lately I feel this is not my place anymore. The amount of toxicity cannot described in words. I won’t refer even my enemy to this place.

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well.
