My career with Accenture was great and I truly love Accenture for the experience I had there. But of my Long tenure, I felt slowly things really changed and lots of changes came in the work culture & management.

Dislikes

Growth was pretty slow and managers considered working from home as a big compensation they are giving me and so I have to do more and extra work and longer hours than normally expected.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

Dislikes

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
