Trainings and the learning opportunities you get in accenture is excellent. The work life balance is good. I have worked in accenture for around 7 years. The work culture is dramatically changed during 2012-2013 not sure any leadership or organisation structure caused this changes. I liked working in accenture until 2012 and felt like it is a time for change and moved out of accenture after spending 7 years The one of the worst program that you will have in accenture is employee referal program which never works and does not seems that works The candidate you refer in employee program will never get an opportunity for attending an interview. The only response you get from the hr team is are you interested to work with accenture and then the resume get stamped and cornered The best way to get in accenture is never upload your friends resume in employee referral program send it through consultancies and everyone gets benefitted. It is wierd and it works..

The work culture after 2012,employee referral program in accenture The variable allowance you see in your package is a myth,you will never get it compeletely.Believe me i have never got it 100% in my 7 years career.Thats embarassing..

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
