Job security is good and the salary is best in the market and you get appraisals in every 6 months if you are in top performers otherwise it will be 9 months circle for you.

Dislikes

Highly imbalanced work life as the office hours and the shift is of 10 hours and till KE level you get hybrid however if you are part of management than you have no chance of getting hybrid and sometime have to work on weekends as well.

Salary and bonus, Promotions, Skill development, Work life balance. Cross trainings. Client delight. PPA activities.

Dislikes

Job is not secure. If a project gets ram-down then your job is on risk. And you were expected to search for a new project or role by your own. No HR or anyone comes for any assistance or help. This should be improve and role search and secure should be handled by HR or management only.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Salary is good and always on time. Certain people are good but mostly evil.

Most of the things are to be disliked in Accenture. Like their managers thinks they own you. They hire some mediocre as a TL and never give chance to a deserving candidate. They promote based on their benefits and not based on the employees good work.
