...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

...ig time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,

The firm really doesn’t value its employees. Unlike other consulting firms, there are no additional benefits beyond your salary and insurance provided has co-pay and many exclusions. They have spent billions on dollars to appease shareholders while majority of employees take the hit of stagnating business. The reward distribution (whatever meagre amount that has been) is not transparent and influenced by personal biases and preferences rather than objective metrics. Upon questioning, the blame is put on algorithm and the performance bonus is not linked to performance but tenure and leadership preferences; though this is acceptable for base pay hikes, but for performance bonus! I have worked with three foreign professional services firms, employee centricity is the least here.

Zero employee benefits and no transparency on rewards and performance results when compared to other foreign MNCs

Package they offer is really good.. And will bear industry standards..

.... No personal life.. No balance at all.. No leadership of someone to look upto.. At the end you feel like you sold your soul for the salary which is no longer worth your mental instability it will create

This is good company with good work culture depending on what is your project and which department you are and how lucky you are with your boss. No clear policy for promotion

Dislikes

...u are top performer..you may be kept on long waiting for promotion on mid layer. Lower layer promotion and salary hike is much easier
