Good work envionment. Clture. Teammates. Supportive. Manegement is tranparent. There is huge cafeteria and gameing arcade for chillling company policies are good approsals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lost of politics and the manegement does not adress our issues salary is decent but carrer growth os slowthete is bond of 2 year before which you cannot regine on the job training is not given to new joiness

Where all companies are firing there employees also reduce the salary I am glad Accenture is not doing such things. Accenture is very cooperative company.

Benefits like incentives and bonus is not there even achieving any target.

... of their lame gender preference policies. No proper promotion path. Less hikes. Very less variable pay paid. No onsite opportunities.
