I like 3 things a lot ... One is learning & development program, 2nd the growth and the structure in place to understand employee performance, 3rd compensation plan

Senior Management has now were connection with employees working for them.. they are driving faster growth and results with no proper connection with their employees.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.
