Few managers are useless not helping their team to grow, Only looking for their self-grow by putting down of some good candidates.

...eam mates but its impossible to survive under politics specially in Maharashtra. Appraisal is a joke, don't join with the package always compare your take home salary as they have a big amount as variable bonus and the bonus % is very very low. HR policies is good but no HR benefits .

Great company to work for. You get good opportunities to learn new technology. Compensation, work life and opportunities depends on the kind of project you are in.

Appraisals can sometimes be unsatisfying for the amount of efforts you have put in. Depends on project and managers.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company
