No salary hike for employees for last one year. Variable amount is very high and you will get paid hardly 10% of it. There is not much extra salary benefit.

...nce was good only downside is the variable part which company doesn't give much. Consider your salary minus variable. Policies are great & vast opportunities to work on. It has a good environment for learning. Management depends on what project you get. Sometimes it's great, sometimes you don't get a good project and experience might differ. The best part of Accenture is it's transport, it's transport facilities are best .

Variable part of salary which you get very less most of the time. Second performance reviews are sometimes not very clear, even when you do everything manager asks you to do.

Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.

Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

Accenture is great place to work as it provides work life balance. U get good benefits and bonus as well. Projects are also good in Accenture.

Dislikes

Accenture do not provide good projects for the associates/freshers. They put u in the very old technology related project which hampers the growth of the individual and u lack behind in the technology. Also it's upto ur luck also which projects u get!!
