Not all issues are sorted via service tickets. Sometimes HR/Payroll queries becomes nightmare. Very short duration in Redeployment.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion
