1. Working from home but from the office city 2. The workstations they provide is bad and they don't have more in their inventory 3. Biased in giving laptops 4. Communications are lacking 5. Top leaders are high in ego and fake at times 6. Stakeholders are dominating and don't let others grow 7. Too much strictness in using apps and websites, even if the app or website is a part of the domain 8. Useless Security measures 9. Way too many updates 10. Irrevelant and not domain specific mandatory trainings for appraisal 11. HR does not cares and if asked, forces to create ticket!! 12. Weird policy of notice period, if on bench, 15 days, if in project, 90 days. 13. The recruitment process was pathetic. 14. The BGV guys don't care about your candidature. They are so lazy that sometime they don't bother to inform about any rejections. 15. Not cooperative at all, just fake management and bosses saving their chairs. Can give poor feedbacks without even informing. 16. Pathetic growth

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Dislikes

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

Likes

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.

Likes

Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected.

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.
