The infrastructure was good and really well maintained. I loved the cafeteria in Accenture. Good gender diversity and bunch of freshers makes a good work environment. They have different portals for your passion, ideas - technical, social, environmental etc. There are many good projects in Accenture. They have online training platforms like my learning portal.

Dislikes

...policy like new gen skill bonus or minimum duration for a designation promotion. Compensation and growth are slow. Strict clock time of 10 hours per day. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength. They would promote the people which are in their good circle. The appreciation emails which I received from clients were mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Sometimes HR, managers etc do not have much clarity on the changing policies due to which employees suffers a lot and then the upper management don't take any responsibility for the same that becomes serious pain sometimes.

I like how my managers help me in every way for growth and support. Able to work on new technologies.

Dislikes

Nothing much actually. For me its been a very good experience. Although they can increase the salary little as per current market standards.

Work culture is good, people lead are supportive. It's still one of those service organization which maintain the good culture. Company policy are good and support its employee

Salary is lower than industry standard. Some Project account have very long hours and no extra pay. Paternity leave is small.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
