Too much process and keeping customer at the top always. Not bear single mistakes even fire for critical mistakes. Too much fake trainings Variable is about 30 percent and even we will get half of it

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

And yes if I talk about my salary Even I didn't receive my salary yet it has been 2 months completed now I m calling, mailing from sept month but I didn't receive my salary and no one is helping me no one is giving reply on that that when I will get my salary even update with my manager also multiple times but he always same reply thet I will check....very very very bad company never ask anyone to join there or didn't think that you will get permanent employee even You give your best but they will always save there own money and job not your job. Your job is not matter for them they just working for themselves.
