Good pay master, till about 2013 had fewer executives in India delivery center therefore helping executive contribute to various tasks and thus learn

Too many executives hired in India delivery center from other firms like CTS, Infosys, Wipro etc who brought in different culture thus creating a hotchpotch of culture. Its all about survival at the level of Managing Directors, thus creating a very suffocating environment full of politics at the MD level. Also diversity has touched the fine line between encouraging women and discriminating men.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition
